- ● Over 42 years of experience in dairy development and extension activities with practical exposure in milk production, productivity enhancement, training, procurement, processing and marketing.
- ● Advisor to Milkfed Punjab (2020-21) and MOOFARM Pvt. Ltd., Gurugram
- ● Planned and executed strategies to promote Punjab as India's leading dairy State.
- ● Formulated and implemented policies for development of dairy sector in scientific manner.
- ● Advocated a commercial, high-tech scientific dairy farming model later recommended by the NITI Aayog (GOI) for implementation in several other States.
- ● Managed and led public, cooperative & private dairy organisations at various levels.
- ● Built and strengthened working relationships between government, cooperative and private sectors as well as the organised and non-organised dairy sectors.
- ● Expertise and skills to improve and empower all dairy segments in a sustainable and profitable manner and the same was acknowledged by both Central and State Governments.
- ● Digitalisation of improved techniques involved in good dairy practices
- ● Capacity building and training of farmers
- ● Conceptualised, formulated, implemented and evaluated dairy extension and training curriculum and literature. Established a chain of self-sustaining dairy training and extension centres across Punjab.
- ● Established PDDB as the nodal agency for conducting technical and industrial level training programmes under various Government schemes.

Planned, organized, coordinated and executed various entrepreneurship development programmes for entrepreneurs in dairy and milk processing, short-term refresher trainings programmes for the staff of various milk processing units and veterinary officers of different States and extended advisory services for dairy processing & products development, dairy farming and bakery.
